One of my songs "Bloodshed In Our Streets" won the Rhythm of the Future Talent Contest last year and the full prize has finally come to fruition. I have received about 250 CD's containing "We Wanna Be Free" plus "Bloodshed In Our Streets", "Year of The Gun" and "Time Waits For No Man".
I also received 250 copies of the 91.5 The Beat compilation which includes "We Wanna Be Free" and the singles from the other 4 winners of the contest.
After 3-4 years of pushing on slowly, I have a nice physical product to push. I have a few contacts I have already sent the EP to in hopes of getting some FM spins.
Still moving forward with plans to record 2 demos with Ron Lopata. More update on the way.
